Bullet Journal ideas for writing

Currently, I have been using a bullet journal to help plan my stories. Essentially, they are a flexible planner where you can add your own spreads to suit you and your goals. They are so easy and fun and I definitely recommend them.

I got my bullet journal from amazon quite cheaply. There are many different choices of notebook to use. Most popular ones have dotted pages and thick paper. Depending on what supplies you are going to use, it can affect your choices.

Bullet journals are not just for writing. You can use them to organise your whole life from appointments to your monthly goals. On many platforms, there are tutorials and inspirational pictures for spread ideas.

I am in the planning stages for writing a new story in the Christmas holidays. I am using my journal to plan my story and organise my ideas. I use a story mountain to plan my stories. I use them in school and they work very well.

I have sectioned my mountain to fit all the basic parts of my story. After this stage, you fill in the boxes with bullet-pointed lists of what happens. It gives a good way to plan your story structure and you can adapt it to your preferences.

I also use my journal to plan things monthly. I usually make a calendar and a log to show what events I have going on that month.
